MUNSTER V ZEBRE PARMA
Munster
Munster are 100% off the tee after two rounds
Munster have imposed themselves physically with ball in hand, driving on for the highest number of contact metres in the BKT URC (256). 144 of these contact metres came against the Dragons at the weekend and Jack O’Sullivan’s total is the highest in the league (42)
The Munstermen have missed more defensive hits than any other team in the opening couple of rounds, slipping off of 64 tackles
Munster have been the most successful team in the league at retaining their restarts, turning 36% of their restarts into attacking opportunities.
Zebre Parma
After again narrowly missing out on a major scalp in round two against the Sharks, Zebre should maintain their confidence in their style of play, which has seen them make the highest number of offloads in the league so far (31). Winger Pierre Bruno has made six alone – only bested by Jack Dempsey in the league (seven)
Backing the talent of their backline strike runners, Zebre have made more line breaks than any other side so far this season (22). Against the Sharks last weekend, they made a round-high 13
Zebre centre Enrico Lucchin has made as many try assists as any other player so far this season (three, =John Cooney).
Did You Know?
Zebre have never defeated Munster. However, given Zebre’s start to the season, could round three be the week they get over the finish line against a BKT URC giant?
Zebre now haven’t won a match in the league since April. However, their last three matches have all been settled by a margin of five points or less.
BENETTON V SCARLETS
Benetton
Benetton’s hunger for possession is currently unrivalled in the BKT URC. They’ve won a league-high 20 turnovers so far this season, six of which have been in the tackle

Per 80 minutes, Benetton have averaged the fewest metres in contact of any side in the BKT URC (51)
Scarlets
The Scarlets have been penalised with a league-high four yellow cards in their first couple of league fixtures
The Scarlets will be feeling the opening two weeks of their campaign in their shoulders; they have made a league-high 316 tackles for an average of 158 tackles per 80 minutes of rugby. Scarlets openside Josh Macleod made 22 tackles in round two – more than any other player
