Vedo che nessuno lo ha ancora fatto e allora do il risultato. Benetton - Northampton 22-5 (3 mete a 1. per Treviso Garozzo la prima e Williams la terza, la seconda non ricordo).
<BR>Detta così sembra stratosferica ma vanno considerate alcune cose: gli inglesi sono apparsi in ritardo di reparazione e si sono mangiati due-tre azioni molto pericolose per errori alla mano. Inoltre pare che, come diceva il loro sito, mezza squadra titolare fosse altrove.
<BR>Va detto però anche altro: Treviso mancava di tutti i nazionali e ha fatto girare una serie di \"rincalzi\" che non hanno sfigurato (anche alcuni giovani); ha costantemente fatto soffrire gli inglesi in mischia, ha dimostrato ottima organizzazione e molta tenacia nei recuperi contro dei trequarti comunque molto forti (e gli errori degli inglesi sono stati anche frutto di questa pressione; nessuno ci stava a perdere, gli inglesi hanno avuto una reazione veemente e anche un po\' nervosa dopo essere arrivati al 55\' circa in svantaggio 0-22, e da lì in poi qualche momento caldo c\'è stato.
<BR>Nel complesso partita bella perchè giocata seriamente ma non troppo (nel finale una decina di minuti di rugby allegro e aperto, spettacolare). Insomma forse non una partita vera, ma certo neanche una partita finta. Che cosa voglia dire in prospettiva sul valore del Treviso di quest\'anno non lo so. La mia impressione è stata buona, proprio buona.
<BR>A margine: serata bellissima e fresca, tribune piene circa per 1/3 (direi a occhio, ma non son sicuro), situazione quasi poetica. Buon per Remigio che è riuscito a portare suo figlio. Il mio (5 anni fatti ieri) stasera non aveva voglia di venire, ma un\'altra volta ce lo porto di sicuro.

Dimenticavo: quindici minuti di gioco e poi applausi per l\'addio di Smith. E ancora: due- tre cose deliziose di Spencer. Cohen potente ma forse un po\' pnalizzato dalla situazione.

Sono tornato ora da Treviso..........

<BR>sicuramente TV era più motivato (riscattare finale super10, addio di smith, dimostrare di essere da CL...ecc)

<BR>Just rang the Ticket office and they wont be getting any tickets in for this game. It\'s going to be a little tricky securing tickets for the game via the internet, seeing as Treviso\'s website isn\'t even operational; have tried ringing Treviso\'s ticket office number and there main office number, yet no reply to either.

<BR>So it may be a case of turn up on the day and hope for the best; although the ground does have a capacity of 9,000; not sure how much of that is seating though.

<BR>Ryanair fly direct to Treviso airport which is (according to multimap.com) less than 10km from the ground. although the flights are quite late at night especially coming back (arrive in Luton at 11:50pm !!!) £10 going out on Thursday and £20 coming back Saturday + airport taxes; family of 4 will go for £238.

<BR>It is only a half hour drive from Venice airport and Venice. Went there 18 months ago to give a talk and can confirm that Treviso is very nice. Original walled town in the centre has some classy shops so if you take the wife she will hit the plastic. I must admit I fancy making the trip
