Benetton
On Deck: Benetton made as many turnovers as any other side in their opening fixture, poaching the ball ten times (= Cardiff); five of these were caused by a player jackalling over the ball

Chop: Benetton’s ability to turn the ball over was helped by them getting attacking players on the ground quickly. The Italian side made the highest percentage of low tackles in the round (68%)

Relentless: Lock Lorenzo Cannone made the most contact metres in round one, driving through the opposition defence for 28 metres
