How is Elia Tuquri at Overmach Parma and Rex Tapuai going at Roma?

I believe Tuquiri is going well.. also Tupai..
<BR>but rex plays in the second div...although in on of the favourites to go up to the Top10....That said..he is in a club( RUGBYROMA) that is managed by a total MEGOLAMANIAC...NOT A NICE ATMOSPHERE!

what does "that said" means?? i can't belived that the player said somenthing like that... i think whatever that rugby roma is working well, maybe not like urk, but roma's goal is top ten...
