For that to happen, Italy need to beat Scotland and Wales need to lose to France. On this evidence, invest more money on the latter than the former.

pier, sono giorni che parli di cucchiai, perchè non metti su un piccolo negozietto!
 
 piuttosto vorrei parlare della brutta abitudine che si sta prendendo nel fischiare durante le punizioni, lo abbiamo sentito anche sabato a cardiff, non me lo sarei aspettato.

Chiaramente il cucchiaio di legno va a chi ha perso tutte le partite non a chi arriva ultimo.
 E' come se si dicesse che la Triple Crown va a chi vince più partite . non è vero , va a chi le vince tutte , altrimenti niente...

Sta mattina su bbc world news, parlando del sei nazioni e dell'ultimo turno hanno evidenziato che francia e irlanda si giocano il torneo con l'irlanda che si gioca pure la triple crown, mentre italia e galles si giocano il woodden spoon.
 
 credo che non ci siamo molto da discutere, ma in ogni caso è dobbiamo vincere con la scozia.
 
 pier, perchè independet e irishtimes sono completamente a pagamento. io preferisco examiner (www.rugby.ie), sono del munster ne capiscono di +.

 Quando una sbaglia deve riconoscerlo , niente da dire.
 La tradizione del cucchiaio di legno viene dal mondo accademido e più precisamente da Cambridge e designa gli ultimi di una "competizione".
 di seguito le origini del tutto.
 Da notare che un eventuale arrivo a pari merito designava 2 cucchiai di legno , niente differenza mete o altro.
 
 Giusto per gli amanti della statistica , se battiamo la Scozia sarebbe la prima volta di un cucchiaio di legno con 2 risultati positivi (un bell'indice dell'equilibrio che c'è stato)
 
 E per aumentare il tutto , la Francia potrebbe vincere il 6 nazioni perdendo in Galles...
 
 
 
 In their end-of-year examinations, successful undergraduate students in the Cambridge Mathematical Tripos used to be placed in one of three Classes (it's now one of four Classes, since the middle Class II has been subdivided into Classes IIi and IIii). In Part II of the Mathematical Tripos (normally taken in the third year), students who are placed in Classes I, II and III are known as Wranglers, Senior Optimes and Junior Optimes respectively. For many years the precise position of students in each of the Classes has not been announced, but at the turn of the nineteenth/twentieth centuries this was not so. Indeed, there was much kudos in being the Senior Wrangler, i.e. top of the Wranglers. However, when there is a top, there is also a bottom and the custom arose of the bottom Junior Optime being presented with a wooden spoon.
 On degree day, the spoon was suspended on strings held by two friends in the Gallery of the Senate House so that the spoon hung above the graduand as the degree was awarded. When the graduate arose from his/her knees, the spoon was lowered to the ground and two other friends cut the string and presented the spoon to the individual concerned. The proceedings were carried out with the utmost ceremony and decorum with the tolerant consent of the Vice-Chancellor.
 
 In 1906 two students from Selwyn College were bracketed together at the bottom. Each received a spoon from their friends. One of these is illustrated above. It now hangs on the staircase of the Selwyn College library. It is over a metre long.

 ci sono en palio 5 premi..
 
 1) Grandslam. ..chi vince tutto
 2) campioanto ..chin finisce primi
 3) triple crown ..chi del HOME NATIONS vincen tutti i 3 partite..scozia, galles ,irlanda , ing..adesso SOLO IRLANDA puo vincere triple crwon e campionato
 4) WOODEN SPOON...ultimi
 5) il peggio...il WHITEWASH.... perdendo tutti partite..
 
 tutto quoi..chi vuole cambiare i tradizioni per oloro proprio fine...fatelo pure..ALTRA ESEMPIO DI MALA SPORTIVITA DI CERTI.

 1998 Francia vince con grande slam , 1999 finisce ultima......
 7 anni fa , non mille.
 
 Deve essere anche questo un esempio di quello che dici tu
 tutto quoi..chi vuole cambiare i tradizioni per oloro proprio fine...fatelo pure..ALTRA ESEMPIO DI MALA SPORTIVITA DI CERTI.
