Pier, si parla della cessione del titolo sportivo per il super10 (il che significherebbe ripartire dalla serie C, come già avvenuto all'Amatori Milano)
Tecnicamente si tratta di cessione del diritto a partecipare al campionato in cui è iscritta la squadra cedente, oltre a tutti i titoli vinti dalla medesima...
Si fa un gran sciacquarsi la bocca con paroloni come "Tradizione", "Passione" e poi questi sono i risultati!!!

Pier, permettimi di essere un tantino confuso
Sono un modesto giocatore di serie C, uno dei tanti che lavora 6 giorni alla settimana per pagarsi il lusso di praticare lo sport preferito in una squadra di amici a 70 km da casa.
L'allenatore che ci seguiva ha dovuto lasciare a febbraio perchè in arretrato di due mesi sul recupero dei rimborsi e non potendoselo permettere a malincuore ci ha "abbandonato" (viene anche lui da un'altra provincia e la sua retribuzione era il semplice rimborso del carburante e un panino con birra offerta al pub dopo gli allenamenti).
Il fatto che tutto ciò che recconti accada a dei giocatori "professionisti" non mi ha purtroppo sorpreso più di tanto perchè alla Federazione non gliene può fregare di meno e i "dirigenti" delle squadre sono spesso dei volonterosi incompetenti.
Quello che non riesco a capire è come si possa mandare avanti una società sportiva per degli anni senza pagare gli stipendi o pagandoli con ritardi mostruosi.
Possibile che ogni anno ci sia qualcuno che si fa fregare in questo modo?

We have perhaps been in contact in the past for transferring /proposing or discussing players.
That been said, my purpose for writing to you and your rugby Union/Club/Province is one that I would ask you to consider in a very different light.
We would like to simply advise you of the fact that in a certain Club in Italy, a tradition or custom of not paying or paying late( But very late) has reached levels where any and all reasonable discussions to resolve such problems are fundamentally irrelevant.
In Italy there clearly exists a vibrant, competitive and well managed rugby environment. I would say, based on my personal experience and that of others I know, that 95% of Italian rugby is in the hands of “Rugby” people. Many many foreigners wish to play rugby here, and many return year after year after year. Moreover , they don’t hesistate to recommend to fellow players to consider moving to play rugby and live in Italy. I personally know many players that would happily testify to this.
I stressed the word “Rugby” because I think in itself it has a lot to say about values, ..values that I don’t believe are necessary for me to underline or mention.
However,
Should your Club or Province or Union be proposed to send a player of which you have control over their “Clearance “, I strongly suggest that should the name AQUILA RUGBY be involved, you would be well advised to at least have a “quite word” with your player or his agent.
A “culture·”, very different from what Aquila Rugby has always been known for….which is a local passion for rugby and its Values, the welcoming of Foreign players and players from all over Italy, and their families, an Arriveredci but never really a “goodbye”…has now it seems “suspended” for a new idea…
The idea is Very simple and in stark contrast to what I have written above…
The new “culture” today is now based on signing contracts without the most minimu guarantees, promises that last 4 r 5 months and then are never fulfilled, players who simply cant pay their mortages back home and lose their houses, players who have their reputations severely damaged because they level of play is seriously compromised by so many off the field tensions.
If this was a Once off—perhaps I would save both my and your time with this rather laborious letter. It is NOT a once off.
If you give IRB Clearance for one of your players to play in Aquila Rugby, you well may be simply contributing to a very stressful , unfair and unacceptable situation for the player and his family.
I will conclude by offering to you , at your request list of South African , Italian ,New Zealand, Australian. Scottish and Argentinian players and their families which have and are still suffering from the management Aquila Rugby.

L'Aquila, convegno il 6 giugno presso la Carispaq
L'Aquila - La Polisportiva L’Aquila Rugby ha organizzato per martedì 6 giugno, presso la sala Conferenze della Carispaq, in Corso Vittorio Emanuele II 48, il convegno dal tema “il rugby ieri, oggi e domani”.
Il programma prenderà il via alle ore 10.30, con il saluto introduttivo del Presidente de L’Aquila rugby, l’avv. Angelo Cora, e del Presidente del Centro Sportivo Abruzzese Ermenegildo De Felice. I lavori proseguiranno nella mattinata con gli interventi dell’Avvocato Vincenzo Camerini sul rugby di ieri; dell’Architetto Vincenzo De Masi in merito al rugby di oggi e del Presidente della Federazione Italiana rugby Giancarlo Dondi con il Presidente della società L’Aquila rugby 1936, il Dott. Francesco Aloisio, sulle prospettive del rugby di domani. Il convegno sarà chiuso dal Prof. Pietro Celli che ricorderà le origini del rugby a L’Aquila grazie alla figura dell’indimenticato Tommaso Fattori.
